Dr Sobha Chandran R is the Managing Director of our Organization. She is a Homoeopathic doctor by profession. In addition to a BHMS degree, she holds a Law degree from Kerala University. Further, she is a post-graduate in Business Administration from Alagappa University with specialization in Corporate Secretaryship. Also, she holds another post-graduation in e-Government from Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand.

She started her career in 2004 as a Medical Officer in the Department of Homoeopathy, Government of Kerala. Before joining as the Managing Director of HOMCO in February 2023, she has an extensive 19 years’ service in the Department of Homoeopathy, first as Medical Officer and Resident Medical Officer and later as Chief Medical Officer.

Prior experience in practicing homoeopathy, provides her a solid foundation in understanding the principles and applications of homoeopathic medicine.

Her legal background can be invaluable in navigating the complex regulatory landscape governing pharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance, and managing legal aspects of the business.
Having a Business management knowledge equips her with strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and human resources.

e-Government Expertise from New Zealand’s top-ranking University signifies her proficiency in leveraging technology and digital platforms for governance, which can be applied to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and explore innovative solutions within the pharmaceutical company.
