As per G.O(Rt).No.3253/84/HD dated 09.10.1984, In lieu of Board of Directors, Government constituted administrative council of HOMCO. The council have all the powers and duties of the board of Directors except that of additions or alterations of the Bye Law.

The administrative council have 5 members. Present members are:-

b) Additional Secretary, Ayush Department,Govt.of Kerala
c) Under Secretary, Finance Department,Govt.of Kerala
d) District Medical Officer(Homoeopathy), Govt.of Kerala
